Grounds were kept fairly clean. Breakfast was free and satisfactory. - Efficient and professional staff who were always there to help. - Enjoyed our perfectly pleasant stay at my meetings on time.

No light in the bathroom

The location was unbeatable, adjacent to Dallas in July 2019 for a seminar and park in the parking lot and areas with retail shops/eating places. I got an a nice size room with iron and ironing board, a work desk, and a couch bed. The staff were efficient and very amiable and knew how to help.

Having to park behind the facility where your car felt somewhat vulnerable

Really enjoyed my time at this place. It was super nice and quiet, plus it was close to everything 🌟. The rooms were well-designed and clean, which I loved. The view was lovely and the service was top-notch. Also, there's a bar in the lobby, which is a nice touch.

Breakfast service is very slow! I waited for the breakfast more than half an hour.

The room was a nice size and had convenient amenities like an iron, ironing board, work desk, and a comfortable bed. There was a free breakfast offered with plenty of meal options. The hotel's location was perfect, situated near retail shops and eateries. The staff was very courteous and accommodating, making the stay enjoyable.

loved the staff, and Neal was amazing at the bar.. Made a great crown and good conversation.

The only thing I didn't like was that the bath water didn't stop running when shower turned in.. But the pressure was still great..

It was not a big deal but, I wish my room had microwave and also I missed having a small refrigerator.

The room here was a good size and looked brand new. It had a comfy king-size bed, and a nice bonus of a balcony and patio. 🌿 Plus, the pool area was also spotless.

Excellent staff. Mia and Geranimo great in the restraunt! The food was healthy and hot unlike the buffets at the other places. Definitely will plan to stay again because of the cafe offered. Coffee great too.

My room with kingsize bed and sofa couch was super small. Cramped. 1st room behind office. Must of gotten cut short.
